Personal Training:

Personal training is offered for groups and individuals for specific needs such as weight loss, weight gain, sports performance, strength and conditioning, health maintenance, stress reduction, cardiac health and/or to reduce pain. Personal Training can help you reach your goal safely, keep you accountable and educate you on which exercise program is right for your individual needs through very specific exercises, reps and sets. All plans are designed according to NASM’s OPT scientific model. Results are regularly monitored through performance assessments, weigh ins, body fat percentage and body mass index (BMI) calculations. Personal training helps you to realize that you are much more capable than what you give yourself credit for!

Corrective Exercise:

Corrective Exercise is a solution to muscle imbalances and movement compensations that may cause pain and/or improper muscle function and movement patterns in the body. Muscle imbalances are discovered through a proper movement assessment done by your CEX Specialist that identifies faulty movement patterns in the body. Once these imbalances are identified, a very specific plan is developed to isolate the overworked muscles so they can be properly inhibited/stretched through various modalities and tools. The weak/underworked muscles are also identified and isolated in order to create a very specific strengthening regiment. Once the exact muscles are identified and treated in both situations this brings the muscles back into balance, in turn correcting the faulty movement pattern, pain and imbalance which improves quality of movement during workouts and everyday life. Here are a few examples of conditions that may be corrected using this method: plantar fasciitis, patellar tendonitis, low-back pain, elbow/wrist impairments, asymmetrical weight shift, low back arch/rounding, feet turn out and/or flatten, knees move inward/outward or hip pain.


An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and is used as an alternative medicine. Rei (Spiritual Wisdom) Ki (Life Energy) is an energy healing method using gentle hand movements by a trained practitioner to guide the flow of healthy energy through the body to reduce stress and open your healing centers. If your life energy is low, or if there is a restriction in its flow, you will be more vulnerable to illness. When it is high and flowing freely, you are less likely to get sick. Life energy plays an important role in everything we do. Ki is also the primary energy of our emotions, thoughts, and spiritual life. Reiki allows your body to return to its balanced, calm state so that it may begin to heal from negative emotions, trauma, etc. All you have to do is lay on the table and relax as your attuned practitioner executes the trained technique and allows your energy to lead the session in the direction it needs to go for your own personal healing. Learn how to set specific nutrition goals and execute them to achieve a desired result for weight loss, weight gain, or general health and wellbeing. A Fitness Nutrition Specialist can help educate you on the right types of food, eating well balanced meals and snacks, breaking and changing unhealthy habits, hydration, food tracking, when to eat, reading nutrition labels and ingredients, the dangers of sugar and sodium, and more. Learn how to make a true lifestyle change for the long term and make it work with your individual situation. Meal plans, macronutrients and micronutrients are not provided. The goal is to simplify and make educated decisions for yourself. Your Specialist can guide you through this process with lists of foods, education about balance, recipes, monitoring what you eat and addressing triggers that cause unhealthy psychological eating. You choose for yourself what to eat within the guidelines provided. This lifestyle change is proven effective for the long term as it is not a diet. It is behavior change.


A recovery session may include the use of a Relax Infrared Sauna (, manual trigger point and/or stretching techniques, as well as use of various HyperIce tools ( such as the Hypervolt massage gun, Venom Back heat compression and vibration to melt away stress and tension in your back, Vyper vibrating foam roller, or the Hypersphere vibrating technology on your tightest muscles or for trigger point release so you can recover faster and move better. These methods can detox, take away pain, promote muscle balance, improve the quality of movement, lessen delayed onset of muscle soreness and help you feel refreshed and recovered in order to keep moving efficiently. Reiki can also be added for an enhanced effect. Each session is individualized per client’s needs.


Fit2Fat2Fit began in 2016 and has proven itself effective with outstanding results since its’ birth. This 16 week results based group program is designed to improve quality of life through nutrition, weighted workouts, cardio and accountability in consistency. Clients participate in 3 hour long sessions each week in a group setting as well as receive one on one nutrition coaching through a weekly food diary. The group is designed to work for beginners as well as advanced workout enthusiast. All participants are thoroughly evaluated by the Personal Trainer in order to make appropriate modifications in each class to achieve the desired result per person. This process allows clients with different goals such as weight loss, weight gain, or general health to participate in the same class. This is what separates a personal training group class from a group fitness class. There are 5 weigh ins from beginning to end of the program with BMI, body fat percentage, pounds and inches lost or gained calculated and tracked on the individuals’ chart. Individual recommendations are made as needed. This program will help you feel great again, have more energy, take control of your life, educate and enlighten you, help you achieve your goals and so much more!
